Abasca Resources Inc. has filed an independent technical report supporting the updated pit-constrained mineral resource estimate for the Loki Flake Graphite Deposit at its 100%-owned Key Lake South Project in northern Saskatchewan.

The updated resource estimate establishes an Indicated Resource of 6.99 million tonnes at 8.27% graphitic carbon, converting 67% of the prior Inferred Resource on a contained graphite basis. Meanwhile, the Inferred Resource grew 40% from the initial estimate of 11.31 million tonnes at 7.65% graphitic carbon to 15.83 million tonnes at 6.93% graphitic carbon.

The filing provides the geological and resource foundation that underpins the Preliminary Economic Assessment announced on August 19, 2026. Alongside the technical report filing, Abasca has commenced its summer exploration program at Loki. The campaign is focused on gathering technical data required for environmental impact studies, permitting, and feasibility study preparation.

In-fill drilling across the deposit will collect representative core samples for a pilot plant designed to test the graphite flotation flowsheet. The company aims to produce a flake graphite concentrate grading 95% graphitic carbon or greater to support downstream battery-grade anode testing.

In a separate regulatory update, Abasca has elected to participate in the semi-annual interim financial statement pilot program under Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933. The exemption removes the requirement to file first and third-quarter interim financial statements and related management discussion and analysis, starting with the quarter ended July 31, 2026.
