Abitibi Metals Corp. has reported new wide copper-gold intercepts from ongoing drilling at the B26 Polymetallic Deposit in Québec, highlighted by hole 1274-25-366-W1 returning 1.25% copper equivalent over 60.2 metres.

The high-grade intercept includes a narrower interval grading 3.72% copper equivalent over 9.2 metres, starting at a downhole depth of 548.8 metres. The company notes that the drill intervals represent core lengths and may not reflect the true width of mineralization.

Additional assays from the western down-plunge zone included hole 1274-26-378W2, which intersected 1.45% copper equivalent over 14.1 metres from 985.3 metres depth, and wedge hole 1274-26-387-W1, which returned silver-zinc mineralization grading 41.1 g/t silver and 1.0% zinc over 20.6 metres.

Abitibi Metals acquired 100% ownership of the B26 Project in July 2026 after exercising its option to acquire the remaining interest from SOQUEM Inc.
