Adyton Resources Reports Lower Half-Year Cash Position and Updated Gameta Resource

Adyton Resources Corporation reported a combined cash, cash equivalents and term deposits balance of $13.4 million as of June 30, 2026, marking a decrease from the C$18.3 million held at the end of December 2025.
The six-month financial figures coincide with ongoing development and exploration activities across the company’s portfolio in Papua New Guinea. Adyton maintained a disciplined approach to capital allocation and fund deployment across its exploration programs during the period.
The advancement of the Fergusson Island projects is funded through the East Vision International Holdings joint venture earn-in structure. On Fergusson Island, the company filed an updated NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate for the Gameta Gold Project on August 5, 2026. The revised estimate incorporates approximately 4,000 metres of infill drilling completed in 2025, comprising an indicated mineral resource of 8.94 million tonnes grading 1.41 g/t gold containing 404,000 ounces, alongside an inferred mineral resource of 6.52 million tonnes grading 0.99 g/t gold containing 207,000 ounces.
Adyton will file the NI 43-101 technical report for the Gameta Gold Project on SEDAR+ within 45 days of the August 26, 2026 release. Mineral resources are not mineral reserves and have not demonstrated economic viability.
At the adjacent Wapolu Gold Project on Fergusson Island, the company received Environment Permit EP-L2(1080) from the Conservation and Environment Protection Authority in July 2026. In June 2026, Adyton also obtained approval from the Mineral Resources Authority for a variation to Exploration Licence 2549 to extract and process an approximate 20,000-tonne bulk sample, supporting plans toward restarting mining and processing operations at an annual rate of 300,000 tonnes run-of-mine.
To achieve the recommencement of mining operations at Wapolu, Adyton is seeking the grant of a Lease for Mining Purposes administered through the Mineral Resources Authority, alongside a Mining Lease.
