Aeris Resources Delivers $178.5M Net Profit In FY26

Aeris Resources Limited reported a net profit after tax of $178.5 million for the 2026 financial year, marking a 295% increase compared to $45.2 million in FY25.
Group revenue rose to $702.8 million from $577.1 million previously, driven by operational performance across the portfolio. Aeris owns and operates two producing assets: the Tritton Copper Operations in New South Wales and the Cracow Gold Operations in Queensland. Tritton generated $467.5 million in revenue supported by a 19% increase in copper production to 23.0kt, while Cracow delivered $234.4 million in revenue from 40,599 ounces of gold.
Group EBITDA climbed 81% to $290.2 million, alongside an adjusted EBITDA of $318.2 million. Operating cash flows reached $275.6 million, up from $130.9 million in the prior period. The net profit result includes a $51.5 million income tax benefit stemming from the first-time recognition of historical tax losses.
During the year, Aeris completed a capital raising that yielded $96.8 million net of transaction costs. Part of the proceeds went toward the early repayment and cancellation of the $50 million Washington H. Soul Pattinson loan facility, of which $40 million had been drawn. The company closed the financial year with $164.9 million in cash and cash equivalents, up from $28.2 million at 30 June 2025, and held no debt. Net assets increased 89% to $599.5 million.
“Aeris delivered strong FY26 financial results, underpinned by continued operational improvement, resilience and cost discipline, enabling Aeris to maximise the benefit of a favourable commodity price environment. These factors resulted in strong operating cash flows, further strengthening our cash balance and overall financial position.”
“The significant progress made during FY26, together with our strong balance sheet and continued focus on operational improvement, positions Aeris well to deliver another strong performance in FY27 and advance our growth opportunities.”
— Andre Labuschagne, Executive Chairman
