Algo Grande Copper Corp. has announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 5,000,000 common shares at $0.60 per share to raise gross proceeds of up to $3,000,000, directed toward expanding exploration at the Adelita Project in Sonora, Mexico.

Proceeds from the offering will support general working capital requirements and the company's exploration program at Adelita, which includes an 8,000-metre Phase II diamond drill campaign across a 2.5-kilometre corridor. Two drill rigs are currently active at the Cerro Grande copper-gold-silver skarn target, where initial core samples were delivered to ALS's Hermosillo laboratory on August 7, 2026, with assay results expected in the coming weeks.

The 5,895-hectare Adelita Project sits within the Arizona-Sonora copper belt, where regional exploration continues to draw attention. On August 6, 2026, Oroco Resource Corp. reported drill results intersecting 26.48 metres at 1.18% copper equivalent at the Santo Tomas copper project within the surrounding district.

In connection with the offering, the company may pay eligible finders a 6% cash commission and issue finder warrants equal to 6% of the placed shares. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire a common share at $0.60 for 24 months from issuance. Insiders may participate in the offering, which is subject to customary closing conditions, including TSX Venture Exchange approval. Securities issued under the placement will be subject to a four-month hold period.

“In under a year, we have gone from a data package to a fully staffed team on the ground, advancing Adelita across exploration, infrastructure, and community relationships. The results to date in our phase II drill program give us confidence to expand our exploration program and continue advancing the project with momentum.”
