Algo Grande Copper Secures BB ESG Rating For Adelita Project

Algo Grande Copper Corp. has received a BB rating in its inaugural independent Digbee ESG assessment for the Adelita Project in Sonora, Mexico.
The assessment recognized the company's established governance foundation, dedicated ESG resourcing, proactive risk management systems, and stakeholder engagement. Algo Grande appointed Monica Ospina as ESG Advisor in June 2026 to help guide its sustainability strategy ahead of the evaluation.
To support ongoing operational readiness and risk mitigation, approximately 7% of the company's 2026 drilling budget is allocated to sustainability initiatives, environmental management, and community engagement.
“We believe a project's long-term value is built on more than just geology - the environmental and social foundations matter just as much. This BB rating on our first Digbee assessment shows the discipline the team has brought to Adelita from the start and gives us clear KPIs to hold ourselves accountable to as we advance.”
— Enrico Gay, CEO of Algo Grande Copper Corp.
The evaluation arrives as Algo Grande advances an 8,000-metre Phase II diamond drill campaign using two active rigs across a 2.5-kilometre corridor at the property. The company expects to receive initial assay results from the active drill program in the coming weeks and plans to complete a follow-up Digbee reassessment to measure progress against its initial baseline.
