Alkane Resources Limited has expanded its consolidated Ore Reserves to 1,374,000 ounces of gold and 15,0 kilotonnes of antimony as of 30 June 2026, up from the 1,313,000 ounces of gold and 10,7 kilotonnes reported in the previous financial year.

Total Group Ore Reserves across the company's operating portfolio reached 25,488 kilotonnes grading 1.7 grams per tonne gold, compared to 23,947 kilotonnes in the FY25 statement. Group Measured and Indicated Mineral Resources now stand at 578,796 kilotonnes at 0.46 grams per tonne gold and 1.01 percent copper for 8,641,000 ounces of contained gold, alongside 275,614 kilotonnes of Inferred Mineral Resources containing 3,757,000 ounces of gold.

Alkane operates as a gold and antimony producer holding three active operations: the Tomingley open pit and underground gold mine in Central West New South Wales, the Costerfield underground mine in Central Victoria, and the Björkdal underground gold mine in Sweden. Individual asset statements for Björkdal, Tomingley, and Costerfield were published simultaneously with the group figures.

At the Tomingley operation, Ore Reserves increased to 11,407 kilotonnes grading 1.7 grams per tonne gold for 641,000 ounces. This compares to the FY25 position of 10,360 kilotonnes grading 1.9 grams per tonne gold for 621,000 ounces, representing an increase in total contained gold ounces despite a lower average head grade. The Boda Kaiser gold-copper porphyry project in New South Wales was not re-estimated for this statement and remains unchanged at an Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resource of 5,573,000 ounces of gold and 1.01 million tonnes of copper.
