Alkane Resources Ltd (ALK) concluded the 2026 fiscal year within the top half of its production guidance, reporting a total of 168,337 gold-equivalent ounces across its three operating mines. The company’s June quarter contribution reached 42,491 gold-equivalent ounces, derived from the Tomingley gold mine in New South Wales, the Costerfield gold and antimony operation in Victoria, and the Björkdal gold mine in Sweden.

The latest quarterly performance reflects a moderation in output compared to the March quarter, which saw production of 45,776 gold-equivalent ounces. Despite this quarterly variance, Alkane successfully finished the twelve-month period within its target range of 160,000 to 175,000 gold-equivalent ounces.
