Allied Gold Corporation produced 97,429 ounces of gold in the second quarter of 2026, a 7% increase compared to the same period in the prior year. The company reported all-in sustaining costs of $2,192 per ounce sold, which it stated were in line with its operating plans. Allied Gold shares closed at $27.50 on August 5, 2026, marking a 4.29% rise on the day.

Quarterly production was underpinned by a standout performance at the Bonikro mine, which yielded 31,471 ounces, alongside 48,080 ounces from Sadiola and 17,878 ounces from Agbaou. Across the first half of 2026, the company produced 193,445 ounces, positioning it to meet its annual production guidance for its operating mines of 385,000 to 425,000 ounces.

Development of the Kurmuk project remains on schedule and on budget, with operations expected to commence in August 2026 and first gold production anticipated a few weeks later. The company is currently targeting 100,000 to 150,000 gold ounces from Kurmuk for the 2026 partial year of production.

“The Company targets to maximize production for the partial year of production in 2026 and had previously guided a production level between 100,000 and 150,000 gold ounces for the year, it will provide an update on the production expectations for the second half of the year once operations commence in the third quarter.”

Following the ramp-up of the Kurmuk operation, the company expects production to reach 240,000 to 270,000 ounces in 2027 and approximately 300,000 ounces in 2028.

The company’s financial liquidity is expected to be further strengthened by a $295 million private placement with Zijin Gold, which is scheduled to close on or before August 10, 2026. Proceeds from this transaction are allocated to support the ramp-up of Kurmuk, the phased expansion of Sadiola, and ongoing exploration efforts. As of June 30, 2026, Allied Gold held $192.2 million in cash and cash equivalents.
