Alligator Energy Intersects Further Uranium Mineralisation at Big Lake

Alligator Energy Limited has intersected further uranium mineralisation at Site 10 during its 2026 aircore drilling program at the Big Lake Uranium Project in South Australia's Lake Eyre Basin.

The program completed 33 holes for 4,112 metres, with calibrated downhole gamma logging returning key intersections above a 100ppm eU3O8 cut-off. Hole AC26-006 intersected 1.0 metre at 0.018% eU3O8 from 98.1 metres and 0.9 metres at 0.019% eU3O8 from 100.4 metres. Hole AC26-009 returned 1.9 metres at 0.032% eU3O8 from 100.9 metres.

The follow-up drilling confirms uranium mineralisation associated with the interpreted redox boundary between oxidised and reduced sands, supporting the company's roll-front uranium model. The downhole gamma responses show features consistent with typical roll-front morphology, including gamma tails behind peak mineralisation in AC26-006 and a higher-grade nose at the front in AC26-009.

Alligator secured first-mover exploration rights for the conceptual redox-controlled roll-front uranium model in the Cooper Basin in December 2021 and subsequently reprocessed 2D and 3D seismic data prior to its inaugural drilling. The Big Lake Project targets the northern extensions of the sedimentary formations that host existing South Australian in-situ recovery uranium operations such as Beverley, Four Mile, and Honeymoon.

Regional drilling 6 kilometres south of Site 10 intersected similar oxidised and reduced sands at comparable depths. The prospective palaeochannel remains open to the southeast and is interpreted from seismic data to extend for a further 12 kilometres.

Alligator plans further drilling in the Site 10 area during the remainder of Q3 2026, potentially continuing into Q4 2026, to compare previous assay results with downhole gamma logging results and better define the geometry, extent and continuity of the redox front. The stock closed at $0.045, up 7.14%.
