Altair Minerals Ltd intersected 10m at 10.15g/t Au from maiden trenching at the SOKO W1 anomaly within the Greater Oko project.

The initial trenching program at South Oko comprised six deep trenches exceeding three metres in depth and three shallow trenches across a total of 2,478 metres. The deep trenches penetrated beneath leached surface cover to sample preserved mineralisation within the saprolite profile.

Trench TR-W1-06 returned 10m @ 10.15g/t Au from a position 370 metres south of Trench TR-W1-04, which intersected 10m @ 1.42g/t Au and a separate interval of 5m @ 1.06g/t Au. Additional results include Trench TR-W1-08 returning 10m @ 1.13g/t Au and Trench TR-W1-09 delivering 16m @ 1.32g/t Au.

The trenches defined a widespread mineralised footprint spanning 1.0 kilometre in length between Trench TR-W1-04 and Trench TR-W1-08, and 1.2 kilometres in width between Trench TR-W1-09 and Trench TR-W1-04. Mineralisation is predominantly hosted within saprolite sheared volcanic sediments, with occasional occurrences at lithological contact points between saprolite volcanics and intrusives.

Both Trench TR-W1-04 and Trench TR-W1-06 encountered a leached duricrust cap on their western margins, causing the trenches to terminate before fully crossing the deformation zone. Ground IP chargeability and structural orientations indicate that the mineralised corridor continues to the west and southwest beneath the duricrust.

The Greater Oko project is the focus of Altair's fully funded 75,000-metre drilling campaign, which includes 40,000 metres of diamond drilling and 35,000 metres of reverse circulation drilling. Altair secured a A$28.2 million strategic placement from Endeavour Gold Corporation in April 2026 at A$0.043 per share to fund exploration across the asset.

An imminent 15,000-metre reverse circulation drilling program is planned at South Oko to test beneath the duricrust and evaluate the western and southwestern shear corridor. A third drill rig is expected to commence reverse circulation drilling at the prospect.
