Alvo Minerals Limited has completed the acquisition of 100% of the mineral rights over a 575-hectare tenement directly adjacent to its Bluebush ionic adsorption clay heavy rare earth element project in Brazil.

The transaction, covering ANM Process 864.285/2025, involved a total consideration of US$210,000 paid to EZX Mineração Construção e Incorporação Ltda. Alvo paid US$150,000 previously, with the final US$60,000 payment completed upon the vendor's lodgment of the transfer documents at the Brazilian Mines Department. Full mineral title is held by Alvo’s newly incorporated, wholly-owned Brazilian subsidiary, Lanta Recursos Minerais Ltda.

The newly acquired ground is contiguous with the Boa Vista prospect along the northern Serra Dourada province, the same granite hosting the Serra Verde heavy rare earth mine recently acquired for US$2.8 billion by USA Rare Earth. Reconnaissance exploration completed by Alvo across the tenement—comprising 15 truck-mounted auger holes totalling 155 metres and 25 handheld auger holes totalling 114 metres—confirmed the extension of rare earth mineralisation mapped at Boa Vista, with multiple pXRF analyses returning values above 1,000ppm XREO.

Alvo previously reported broad anomalies at Boa Vista, including drill intercepts of 18.5m at 1,396ppm TREO from 0.5m in hole BLD004.

“This acquisition is strategically important, materially extending our Bluebush footprint along strike from Boa Vista. The tenement shares Boa Vista's host geology, weathering profile and geomorphological signature, so we have high confidence in the underlying HREE prospectivity and our reconnaissance exploration work supports that view.”

“The new ground will be a valuable addition to our Bluebush heavy rare earth Project, which sits on the Serra Dourada granite, the setting of the world-class Serra Verde heavy rare earth mine which is being sold for USD$2.8B.”

Alvo is currently integrating the acquired ground into the Bluebush exploration program and database. Ongoing work includes additional auger drilling, geological mapping, assaying of existing drillholes, and preliminary rare earth extractions on drilling samples.
