New Modelling Defines Multiple Untested Targets at Touro

Alvo Minerals Limited has defined multiple untested drill targets along the 1.1-kilometre Touro corridor at its flagship Palma Copper-Zinc Project in Central Brazil, following an integrated interpretation of downhole electromagnetic, induced polarisation and structural geological data.

The geophysical work at Palma is conducted under a scientific cooperation agreement signed between Alvo and the Serviço Geológico do Brasil in the June 2025 Quarter at no cost to the company. The reinterpretation identified a new off-hole undrilled downhole electromagnetic conductor with a conductance measuring 590 to 660 siemens, which is approximately ten times higher than the original surface fixed-loop electromagnetic survey. Additionally, a Metal Factor geophysical anomaly associated with disseminated sulphide mineralisation continues at least 500 metres south of the previously drilled area.

The new targets follow a maiden diamond drilling campaign at Touro that confirmed continuity of the volcanogenic massive sulphide system with mineralisation open along strike and at depth. Assay results from the program included 9.3 metres at 0.7% copper and 1.6% zinc from 55.3 metres in hole PDT-117, including a 1.0-metre section at 1.5% copper and 3.2% zinc from 58.0 metres. In the northern block, hole PDT-132 intersected 0.8 metres at 0.46% copper and 2.33% zinc from 193.3 metres and 5.7 metres at 0.11% copper and 0.54% zinc from 197.7 metres, both situated within a broader 10-metre mineralised interval.

Alvo has received the environmental licence required to commence Phase 2 drilling at Touro, opening approximately 500 metres of strike in the central corridor that was previously inaccessible to work. The company also plans additional surface fixed-loop electromagnetic surveys at the nearby Esperanza Prospect.
