Amaroq Ltd. has filed an independent technical report for its Nalunaq property on SEDAR+, formalising mineral resource figures for the South Greenland asset.

The technical report, titled “NI 43-101 Technical Report, Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE5) - Nalunaq Gold Mine, Greenland”, carries an effective date of 27 June 2026 and was prepared by James McFarlane of Bara Consulting (UK) Ltd. The filing reiterates information previously announced by the company on 29 July 2026, supporting the updated Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE5) that outlined total mineral resources of 504 koz of contained gold at an average grade of 30.35 g/t Au.

The company operates the 100%-owned Nalunaq gold mine, which serves as its principal producing asset.

Alongside the technical report filing, Amaroq has issued 75,498 new common shares of no par value following the vesting of restricted share units granted to an employee under the company's RSU plan.

The company has also applied for the admission of 147,879 new common shares to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. This admission total comprises the new RSU shares alongside 72,381 common shares issued in connection with the exercise of expiring share options. Admission and the commencement of dealings are expected to become effective at 8.00 a.m. London time on 17 September 2026.

Following these share issuances, the company’s total issued share capital consists of 466,392,011 common shares of no par value, each with voting rights. Because Amaroq holds no common shares in treasury, shareholders can use this figure as the denominator for calculations to determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in interest in, the share capital of the company.
