American Critical Minerals has executed a service contract with J.A. Drake Well Service, Inc. to provide drilling services at its 100% owned Green River Project in Utah, with operations expected to commence shortly.

The inaugural Duma Point AP-S-02 well is designed to validate historic drill data through core recovery and brine sampling, targeting key Paradox Formation potash horizons as well as clastic brine-bearing zones for lithium and bromine in the Paradox and Leadville formations. The well is expected to take approximately 35 days to complete.

Site preparations have been completed, casing has been purchased, and all regulatory requirements including the Notice of Intent, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, and bonding approval are in place. The company has engaged RESPEC Company, LLC to execute the 2026 drill program, with drilling operations at the well expected to commence shortly and completion anticipated in approximately 35 days.
