American Eagle Gold Corp. has intersected 411 metres grading 0.43% copper equivalent from 47 metres downhole in drill hole NAK26-89 at the NAK copper-gold project in British Columbia.

The intercept sits within a broader mineralised interval of 880 metres grading 0.30% copper equivalent. The hole represents the first test of the southern margin of the Babine porphyry stock during the current drill season, targeting sparsely tested ground southeast of the main drilled area.

Mineralisation within the upper mixed sedimentary package showed continuous distribution through the first 450 metres before transitioning to siltstone with narrower high-grade intercepts down to 927 metres depth. The near-surface mineralisation forms a close spatial link to the South Zone immediately to the northwest, connecting with prior drilling results from hole NAK25-62 and extending shallow mineralisation approximately 250 metres east of the South Zone. Reported intervals represent drill intercepts, and true widths remain to be determined.

American Eagle has dedicated one of its three drill rigs to the ground south of the stock for the foreseeable future, with multiple step-out holes planned along the southern stock margin. The ongoing campaign forms part of a larger 55,000-metre, 80-hole program utilising three continuous rigs scheduled to run through April 2027.
