American Resources Joins Critical Minerals Institute as Inaugural Platinum Member

American Resources Corporation has joined the Critical Minerals Institute as its inaugural Platinum member, bringing its critical materials platform into the organization’s highest level of corporate membership.
The company operates across the critical materials value chain through a platform orchestration strategy spanning commercial feedstock origination, industrial processing, and advanced refining. Its affiliated holding, ReElement Technologies Corporation, received its Minor Source air permit for all four Phase I production lines at its Marion, Indiana refining campus in August 2026.
As part of the Platinum membership, American Resources will gain access to the Critical Minerals Platform and its global executive network to support the development of secure domestic and allied supply chains.
“The future of critical minerals will be defined by execution - not simply strategy,” said Mark Jensen, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Resources Corporation. “Building secure, commercially sustainable supply chains requires connecting feedstocks, industrial processing, advanced refining, capital, customers and government partners. CMI has created a valuable forum where those capabilities can come together, and we look forward to working with fellow members to accelerate practical solutions that strengthen domestic and allied critical mineral supply chains.”
— Mark Jensen, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Resources Corporation
American Resources Chairman and CEO Mark Jensen is also scheduled to speak at the upcoming Critical Minerals Institute Summit 6, taking place in Toronto.
