American Resources Corporation minority holding ReElement Technologies Corporation has added seven professionals to its commercial and technical team to support the expansion of its refining campus in Marion, Indiana.

The workforce addition spans large-scale continuous-process manufacturing, engineering, advanced chemical research, and international business development. The new personnel include shift operations managers Bill Baken and Glen Stewart, human resources manager Dee Cooper, U.S. Navy veteran Jacob Miller as area lead, plant engineering manager Vedat Ozsever, business analyst Derrick Roper Jr., and senior research scientist Eddie Tsao.

The appointments coincide with ongoing plant work at the Indiana site, where ReElement holds required air permits for its initial four production lines and recently commissioned its first commercial-scale germanium production column using a modular, chromatography-based refining platform.

“The strength of any commercial operation ultimately comes down to the people behind it, and this group brings an exceptional combination of experience to ReElement,” said Kirk Taylor, Chief Financial Officer of ReElement Technologies. “That depth of experience is incredibly valuable as we continue commissioning and expanding our Marion operations. Our platform has demonstrated that it can scale commercially, and we are building the organization that will translate that capability into safe, reliable and sustained commercial operations.”

ReElement continues commissioning additional production capacity at the site, supporting the advancement of its commercial-scale refining operations.
