American Uranium Limited has completed its A$1.235 million convertible loan note raising, with funds received and the notes issued within the company's ASX Listing Rule 7.1 capacity.

The transaction provides immediate funding flexibility as American Uranium advances its Lo Herma ISR uranium project in Wyoming, United States. The capital injection supports near-term development workstreams, specifically the planned completion of a Scoping Study and the commencement of permitting activities.

Prior to advancing development work at the asset, the company completed an interim Mineral Resource upgrade in April 2026, defining 9.45 million pounds of equivalent U3O8 at an average grade of 720 ppm. That resource base underpins the technical evaluations currently heading toward the upcoming study milestone.

To support further capital initiatives, American Uranium intends to convene a general meeting to seek shareholder approval for Facility Options, shares issued in lieu of interest, and the proposed issue of up to a further A$1.3 million of convertible loan notes on substantially the same terms as the existing facility.
