Americas Gold and Silver Corporation has intersected 20.5 metres grading 654.7 g/t silver and 1.5% copper in hole SR583 at the Cosalá Complex in Sinaloa, Mexico.

The high-grade silver-copper assays stem from the ongoing resource conversion drilling program across the San Rafael Upper, 120 Upper, and 120 Lower deposits. The latest infill and step-out holes consistently average two to three times the grades of previously reported inferred mineral resources. Hole SR583 is located 30 metres outside the 2025 inferred resource boundary and sits directly adjacent to existing infrastructure.

The Cosalá Operations achieved a record annual production of 1.19 million ounces of silver in 2025, supported by a record fourth-quarter output of 463,000 ounces. To fund pre-production development of the EC120 project at the complex, the company secured a credit facility of up to $15 million with Trafigura PTE Ltd. in August 2024.

Americas Gold and Silver Corporation is currently creating an optimized mine plan for the Upper and Lower 120 deposit, with mine development anticipated to access the zone in the second half of 2027. The company plans to incorporate the new resource conversion drill results into its next resource estimate and mine plan in 2027.
