Americore Appoints Justin Hanka as CEO Following Jeff Poloni Resignation
Americore Resources Corp. has appointed Justin Hanka as its new Chief Executive Officer, replacing Jeff Poloni, who has resigned from the role and as a director effective immediately.
Mr. Poloni will remain with Americore as a technical consultant to provide continuity and geological expertise as the company advances its exploration work.
Mr. Hanka currently serves as a director of Americore and will retain that position while taking on the chief executive responsibilities. He brings three decades of corporate and industrial experience spanning cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance across Australasia, Europe, and North America. His background includes serving as a director for several North American public companies, alongside executive roles in corporate transactions.

Americore holds the Trinity Silver Project in Nevada, and has contracted SRK Consulting to complete a new NI 43-101 Technical Report for the project incorporating newly acquired lands.
