Amerigo Resources Ltd. has declared its third and largest performance dividend of 2026 at Cdn$0.21 per share, lifting total year-to-date performance payouts to Cdn$0.55 per share.

The latest payment follows a performance dividend of Cdn$0.18 per share declared on July 6, 2026. Based on Amerigo's closing share price of Cdn$8.28 on September 11, 2026, the 2026 dividends represent an 8.6% yield before accounting for ongoing share buybacks.

Amerigo produces copper and molybdenum concentrates at its Minera Valle Central operation in Chile through a long-term relationship with Corporación Nacional del Cobre de Chile.

Since launching the Capital Return Strategy in October 2021, Amerigo has returned $161.3 million to shareholders through dividends and buybacks. Total returns will reach approximately $190.5 million once the company pays the July 27, 2026 quarterly dividend alongside the current performance payout.

The Cdn$0.21 per share distribution is scheduled for payment on October 14, 2026, to shareholders of record on September 21, 2026. Under the T+1 settlement cycle, Amerigo shares will begin trading ex-dividend at the opening of the market on September 21, 2026.
