Anson Resources Advances Green River Definitive Feasibility Study

Anson Resources Limited (ASX: ASN) has moved forward with the Definitive Feasibility Study for its Green River lithium project in Utah. The company recently convened an in-person meeting at its Las Vegas offices to coordinate the next engineering phase with key project partners, including representatives from Sedgman and Baker Hughes, alongside various technology and equipment providers.

Sedgman, a member of the ACS Group, is leading the coordination of the study. The engineering program encompasses the integration of designs, services, and equipment to generate a comprehensive flow sheet and mass balance. A primary objective of this process is the compilation of capital and operating cost estimates, targeting an AACE Class 3 level of accuracy with a tolerance of plus or minus 25 percent. The study will integrate all project components, ranging from brine extraction and transport to the construction of the processing plant, utility inputs, and waste disposal systems.

The current engineering work builds upon the initial Front-End Planning Stage 1 scoping study completed in May 2026. Under the established project timeline, the Definitive Feasibility Study is scheduled for completion by January 2027. This milestone remains a central catalyst for the company as it seeks to define the technical and economic parameters for its lithium operations.

Anson Resources maintains a dual-focus portfolio within the state of Utah, actively developing the Green River project alongside its Paradox lithium initiative. By advancing these assets in parallel, the company continues its broader corporate effort to position itself within the North American critical minerals sector. The latest engineering session marks a procedural step in refining the project’s operational architecture ahead of the target delivery date for the final study, which remains the primary focus for technical development in the coming months.
