Anteros Metals Inc. has provided an exploration update for its Havens Steady polymetallic VMS project in central Newfoundland and its Seagull critical minerals project in Ontario.

Exploration at the 100%-owned Havens Steady property focuses on a high-priority copper-gold-silver target identified during the 2025 field program, where prospecting returned grab sample grades of up to 2.17% copper, 21.3 g/t silver and 0.22 g/t gold from an angular mineralized float boulder. Four machine trenches have been completed to date, with one reaching bedrock and the remaining three stopped by overburden depth. Channel sampling of the bedrock exposure is currently underway, with additional trenching planned.

At Seagull, Anteros has retained Sisprobe of France to produce an updated seismic inversion model constrained by rock sample data and rock-velocity measurements obtained from deep drill core. The work refines an initial deep low-velocity interpretation identified beneath the Seagull mafic-ultramafic intrusion. Diamond drill hole WM00-05EXT was completed to a depth of 1,449 metres and intersected the eastern end of the low-velocity interpretation, though geological observations over the target interval did not contain observable changes attributable to a lower seismic velocity interpretation.

The company is evaluating three hypotheses for the deep low-velocity feature: a feeder-dyke environment potentially associated with massive sulphide accumulation, an area of damaged rock with porosity capable of hosting accumulated gases similar to those encountered during recent deep drilling, or subtle changes to footwall rock properties. The updated Sisprobe inversion is intended to help refine these interpretations before the company makes a decision on additional drilling, with a potential Q4 2026 drill program under evaluation. Anteros is also planning a site visit to assess current site conditions and evaluate whether gas pressure has re-accumulated.
