Apollo Minerals Limited has identified additional unmined zones of tungsten mineralisation at its 100% owned Couflens Project in France, expanding the targeting footprint around the historical Salau mine.

The Couflens project covers a 42 square kilometre exploration permit in the Pyrenees region of France and includes the historical Salau tungsten mine, which operated from 1971 to 1986 and was historically one of the world's highest-grade tungsten operations, with mining grades averaging 1.5% WO3. Apollo Minerals identifies the project as its flagship asset, noting that tungsten is classified as a critical and strategic raw material under the European Union Critical Raw Materials Act.

The latest results stem from an ongoing historical data review utilising digitised reports from the Bureau of Geological and Mining Research archives in Orléans. The expanded review has captured over 10,000 pages of information, incorporating 950 diamond drill holes and 2,700 underground face samples.

While the initial historical data review announced on 9 April 2026 focused on the high-grade Veronique Zone, the current review has expanded the targeting footprint to include newly identified unmined mineralisation at the Veronique-Upper and Eagle zones. The newly defined Veronique-Upper Zone exhibits intercepts of up to 4.3m at 1.3% WO3 and multiple intervals of unsampled historical core displaying logged mineralisation. These zones extend along strike of the high-grade Veronique Zone, which previously yielded historical intercepts including 20m at 1.4% WO3 and was mined at 2.5% WO3 in the operation's final year.

Historical operators utilised a mining cut-off grade of approximately 0.7% WO3, leaving behind unsampled core within and on the outer extents of interpreted mineralised zones that the company interprets to hold significant potential.

Apollo Minerals is planning a Phase 1 drill program at the Couflens Project focusing on the unmined Veronique and Veronique Upper zones, targeting trends extending for over 400m along strike and 600m along dip. The company is progressing permitting and environmental studies, including safety protocols required to commence underground exploration operations.

Preparation for the upcoming exploration phase continues as the company advances its operational readiness.
