Apollo Silver Corp. has reaffirmed its support for Ejido Benito Juárez in addressing agricultural and livestock water challenges at the Cinco de Mayo project in Chihuahua, Mexico, committing to long-term technical work on local aquifers, springs, and wells.

The initial phase will focus on independent technical work assessing the local aquifer, springs, and existing wells. The scope, priorities, and sequencing of the broader water program will be defined jointly with the Ejido under applicable authorizations, alongside ongoing community meetings ahead of any significant field activity.

"The wells and springs of Ejido Benito Juárez have sustained families and their farmland for generations. We have agreed to present the Ejido with a plan outlining our long-term commitment to advancing solutions to their water challenges, including direct support for their agriculture and their livestock."

This community engagement directly precedes a scheduled Ejido Benito Juárez community assembly set for September 20, 2026. Members are expected to vote on lifting the current exploration moratorium and accepting a long-term access agreement at the project. That upcoming vote will determine the formal reinstatement of mineral exploration at Cinco de Mayo.
