Argentina Metals Corp. has appointed Roger Clegg as Chief Executive Officer and Director, with Raymond D. Harari transitioning to President.

Clegg brings over 25 years of international experience across geology, corporate finance, investment banking and leadership. He previously served as Head of Natural Resources at Imara Corporate Finance and Chief Operating Officer of Ambrian plc, alongside senior roles at Barclays Capital and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson.

The leadership update accompanies preparations for the company's upcoming field season across its Mendoza property portfolio, spanning 146,700 hectares across 26 wholly owned projects. The exploration team is led by Vice-President Exploration Enrique Reichhard, appointed in June 2026.

Alongside the transition, the board approved granting 2,000,000 restricted share units to Clegg, vesting over four years and subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. Meanwhile, Harari has agreed to voluntarily surrender 500,000 restricted share units granted in June 2026.

“I am excited to join the Company at such an important stage and to work closely with the VLLC team as we prepare for the upcoming field season. Ray has built a strong foundation for the Company, and I look forward to collaborating with him in his new role as President while bringing my own blend of technical and corporate finance experience to the team.”
