Argyle Resources Corp. has completed its previously announced financing package, raising aggregate gross proceeds of C$1,209,800 through a listed issuer financing exemption offering and a concurrent non-brokered private placement.

The financing raised funds through the issuance of units priced at C$0.23 each. The offering under the exemption comprised 2,565,000 units consisting of one common share and one purchase warrant exercisable at C$0.31 for 24 months, with warrants restricted from exercise during the first 60 days. The concurrent private placement issued 2,695,000 units on identical commercial terms, subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day and an exchange hold period of four months.

Finders received a cash fee of C$120,980 alongside 526,000 warrants exercisable at C$0.31 for two years. Additionally, the company granted 1,600,000 stock options to directors and officers under its omnibus incentive plan, exercisable at C$0.23 per share for a five-year term with a four-month vesting period.

Net proceeds from the offerings will fund mineral property exploration activities, general working capital, and legal and accounting expenses.

The capital allocation supports the company's Canadian asset base, which includes the McKay Hill silver-gold property acquired in April 2026. The property is located approximately 50 kilometres north of the Keno Hill silver district in Yukon, Canada. Argyle previously redirected its focus toward domestic mineral assets after discontinuing its involvement in American silica and rare earth element projects in May 2026. Regional exploration activity within the district includes Banyan Gold Corp. reporting drill results intersecting 13.03 grams per tonne gold over 14.2 metres at the AurMac Project in August 2026.
