Arizona Eagle Mining Corp. has completed the acquisition of 62 acres of patented land hosting three past-producing high-grade silver mines—the Arizona National Mine, the Lookout Mine and the Silver Belt Mine—consolidating the Eagle Silver Project in Yavapai County, Arizona.

The transaction increases Arizona Eagle’s patented land ownership by 18% from 348 to 410 acres and extends the structural corridor of mineralization northeast of the McCabe gold-silver deposit by 50%, stretching it from three to 4.5 kilometres. The acquired parcels include an operating water well with extraction rights.

The flagship Eagle Project is anchored by the past-producing McCabe Mine, where historical operator Stan West Mining invested more than US$35 million in drilling and development. In 1984, Stan West Mining published a historic estimate of approximately 878,000 ounces of gold grading 11.7 g/t and 5 million ounces of silver grading 69 g/t, defined to a depth of approximately 440 metres and open in all directions.

Arizona Eagle expects to release assay results for the remaining five holes of its Phase 1 drill program during the third quarter of 2026. The company also plans to conduct a SkyTem geophysical survey to test for structural continuity between the McCabe Mine and the three newly consolidated silver mines.
