Artemis Gold Delivers Record Production and Declares Inaugural Dividend
Artemis Gold Inc. produced a record 74,063 ounces of gold during the second quarter of 2026, contributing to an adjusted EBITDA of $285.2 million and operating cash flow of $207.5 million. The company’s shares are currently trading up 2.18% on August 6, 2026.
Mill performance drove the output, with recoveries reaching a record 92.2% and average feed grades of 1.86 grams per tonne. The company reported all-in sustaining costs of US$955 per ounce of gold sold for the quarter.
Following the result, the board of directors declared an inaugural quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, which is scheduled for payment on September 9, 2026.

Artemis is currently executing its growth pipeline, including the Phase 1A expansion, which was 57% complete at the end of the quarter and is on track for commissioning in Q4 2026. Meanwhile, major works for the EP2 project have commenced, with the first concrete pour for the ball mill foundations completed ahead of schedule. The company also expects to finalize the 612-bed construction camp expansion in early August 2026.
The company maintains its full-year 2026 production guidance of 265,000 to 290,000 ounces of gold. As of June 30, 2026, Artemis held $178.9 million in cash and equivalents, with total available liquidity of $878.9 million.
