Arya Resources Ltd. has appointed Roger B. March as Executive Vice President, Exploration, following his service as a company director since January 2026. March brings over 30 years of technical and managerial experience advancing mineral projects from grassroots exploration through feasibility and permitting.

His career highlights include approximately 15 years with Foran Mining Corporation, where he contributed to the McIlvenna Bay project in Saskatchewan and the Tesla Zone discovery prior to Foran's acquisition by Eldorado Gold Corporation. He also spent over a decade with Cumberland Resources Ltd., advancing the Meadowbank Gold Project in Nunavut.

“Roger brings a rare combination of exploration success, resource-growth experience and project-development expertise that is highly relevant to Arya and the Wedge Lake Gold Project,” said Rasool Mohammad, President and CEO of Arya Resources. “His technical background in iron-formation-hosted gold, together with his extensive Saskatchewan experience, makes him particularly well suited to lead the next stage of exploration at Wedge Lake.”

March has entered into a written employment agreement providing for a per diem fee and discretionary bonuses determined by the board.

Additionally, Arya Resources has retained Equinox Analytics Inc. for a 12-month term at a cost of $100,000 to provide research and analytic services. The company has issued 750,000 previously announced stock options exercisable at $0.75 until February 3, 2029, and granted 650,000 new options exercisable at $0.50 until September 15, 2031. Both the analyst engagement and option grants are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
