Ashley Gold Corp. has delivered high-priority Phase III drill hole TAK-26-16 to the laboratory and submitted final Phase II drill holes TAK-26-06 and TAK-26-09 for fire assay at the Burnthut (Tak) project in Ontario.

Hole TAK-26-06 marks the first modern exploration hole collared between the D99Z and 67Z zones. The ongoing exploration program leaves four Phase II holes pending assay results, with updates expected in the coming weeks. Seven additional holes from Phase III are undergoing geological logging and cutting, alongside eight pending grab samples, including four collected from the newly identified Gossan Zone. A prospecting program is scheduled for September to ground-truth a priority resistive body extending east of the D99Z.

Ashley Gold acquired 100% ownership of the Tak Patents on January 6, 2026, through an all-stock transaction for 3.5 million shares, carrying a 5% Net Smelter Return royalty held by Royal Gold Inc. To support expanded meterage on the property, the company launched a follow-on financing in July 2026 for gross proceeds of up to $500,000.
