Ashley Gold Corp. has intersected 0.861 g/t Au over 62.35 m from below the collar in drillhole TAK-26-07 at the Burnthut project in Ontario, including 1.111 g/t Au over 45.85 m starting from 4.40 m downhole.

The Phase II drillhole, designed as a twin of historical holes TAK-02-06 and TAK-02-07, encountered stockwork quartz-carbonate veins and variable zones of potassic alteration. The assay results delivered the most impressive NI 43-101 compliant interval recorded in the history of the Tak Patents.

The intercept includes two separate near-surface intervals each grading 11.3 g/t Au: a 1.00 m interval starting at 28.00 m and a 1.08 m interval starting at 37.32 m. A further anomalous intercept of 4.28 g/t Au over 0.60 m was returned near the bottom of the hole at a depth of 109.40 m.

Ashley Gold acquired 100% ownership of the Tak Patents on January 6, 2026, through an all-stock transaction for 3.5 million shares, carrying a 5% Net Smelter Return royalty held by Royal Gold Inc. The property abuts the northeast boundary of NexGold Mining Corp.’s Goliath Gold Complex in northwestern Ontario.

Following the completion of prospecting along open corridors east and west of the D99Z zone, Ashley Gold plans to commence a fully funded Phase IV drill campaign of 500 to 600 metres across seven holes in mid-to-late September 2026. The program will work towards infilling between the 67 Zone and D99Z. Assays remain pending for two holes from the Phase II drilling program.
