Ashley Gold Secures Hyndman Flank Claims in Dryden District
Ashley Gold Corp. has agreed to acquire 100% ownership of 31 mining claims covering 1,356 acres within the Hyndman Project in Ontario, expanding its footprint in a region seeing active exploration by peer companies (Dryden Gold Establishes District-Scale Gold Footprint at Hyndman with 12km Anomaly Corridor and Strategic Expansion).
“The acquisition is a strategic move to secure highly sought after ground, with excellent access, in an area where our peers have shown considerable success with gold-in-till results. Our focus will remain on our near term catalysts from our flagship Tak Patents and Alto-Gardnar projects. This addition was seen as a natural add-on, and can be easily maintained in our portfolio for future optionality.”
— Noah Komavli, President
The proposed transaction requires Ashley to pay $15,500 CDN to the property vendor with no net smelter return royalty attached. The acquisition is classified as a non-arm's-length arrangement because 1000903966 Ontario Inc., operating under the direction of Ashley President Noah Komavli, staked and held the claims as trustee pending transfer. The transaction received board approval with Mr. Komavli abstaining from the vote, and remains subject to customary regulatory approvals, including exchange acceptance.
The newly acquired ground integrates into Ashley's broader regional holdings. The company's flagship assets are centered in the Dryden Area in Ontario, encompassing 100% ownership in the Burnthut, Howie, Alto-Gardnar, and Hyndman Flank claims. While the company incorporates this latest claim package into its portfolio, operational focus also remains directed toward ongoing exploration work elsewhere in the district, with assay results for ten holes from Phase II and Phase III drilling currently pending at the Tak project.
