Astral Resources intersected broad zones of high-grade gold mineralisation in ongoing deep diamond drilling at the Mandilla Gold Project in Western Australia, prompting an expansion of the exploration program to 21 holes totaling 11,000 metres.

Assay results from drill-holes AMRCD262, AMRCD376 and AMRCD378 returned significant intercepts located beyond the base of the current Mineral Resource shell at the cornerstone Theia Deposit, situated approximately 70 kilometres south of Kalgoorlie.

Drill-hole AMRCD378 returned 52.75 metres at 4.67 g/t gold from 445.25 metres, including a 0.35-metre interval grading 47.2 g/t gold from 445.25 metres. Additional results from AMRCD378 included 21 metres at 1.61 g/t gold from 321 metres, and 7 metres at 2.64 g/t gold from 418 metres.

Hole AMRCD376 intersected 4.4 metres at 11.6 g/t gold from 197.6 metres, and 45 metres at 1.39 g/t gold from 389 metres. Meanwhile, hole AMRCD262 yielded 25 metres at 1.68 g/t gold from 546 metres and 30 metres at 0.98 g/t gold from 470 metres.

Astral has completed 13 holes under the expanded program, which aims to test depth extensions below the existing resource model. Alongside this deep drilling, Astral is advancing a Definitive Feasibility Study for the Mandilla Project.

Exploration drilling at the Feysville Project's Kamperman deposit is scheduled to recommence during the September Quarter of 2026, following heritage surveys due in mid-August. Additional heritage surveys are scheduled for the Wattle Dam and Eagle's Nest complexes in early September to clear the path for exploration across the Spargoville tenure.

Nearby explorer Minerals 260 reported drill results including 20 metres at 3.4 g/t gold from its Bullabulling project within the surrounding district in June 2026.
