Astral Resources has returned new assay results from its ongoing deep diamond drilling program at the Theia deposit, part of the Mandilla Gold Project located 70 kilometres south of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia.

The 100%-owned project is hosting an expanded 21-hole, 11,000-metre diamond drilling campaign designed to test the depth potential of the cornerstone 1.4-million-ounce Theia deposit. Fifteen holes have now been completed in the program.

Assay results from drill holes AMRCD375 and AMRCD424 included multiple high-grade intervals. Hole AMRCD375 intersected 22 metres at 2.73g/t gold from 361 metres, including a 0.3-metre section grading 133g/t gold from 382.65 metres. It also returned 49 metres at 0.90g/t gold from 284 metres, including 0.3 metres at 20.9g/t gold, and 5 metres at 9.92g/t gold from 120 metres, including 1 metre at 45.2g/t gold.

Hole AMRCD424 returned 49 metres at 1.23g/t gold from 252 metres, including 1.1 metres at 10.3g/t gold and 0.3 metres at 14.7g/t gold. Additional intercepts from AMRCD424 included 2 metres at 12.8g/t gold from 390 metres, including 0.3 metres at 83.5g/t gold, and 5 metres at 4.14g/t gold from 380 metres.

“The highly successful Theia Deeps drill program is continuing to confirm wide high-grade zones of gold mineralisation within the existing Mineral Resource shell, while also demonstrating significant growth potential at depth.”

“The latest assay results from drill holes AMRCD375 and AMRCD424 confirmed broad zones of gold mineralisation both within the current MRE - such as 49m at 1.23g/t Au and 49m at 0.90g/t Au - and beneath the base of the current April 2026 Mineral Resource shell - such as 22m at 2.73g/t Au, 5m at 4.14g/t Au and 2m at 12.8g/t Au.”

— Marc Ducler, Managing Director

The ongoing deep diamond drilling program and a separate reverse circulation in-fill program remain in progress across the deposit. Assay results from both programs will provide the data required to support an updated Mineral Resource Estimate for Mandilla, which Astral Resources has scheduled for the March Quarter 2027.
