Astral Resources NL has executed a Land Use Agreement through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Mandilla Gold Pty Ltd, with the Marlinyu Ghoorlie Native Title Claimant Group. The agreement covers the key tenements at the Mandilla Gold Project as well as the recently acquired Spargoville tenements, located approximately 70 kilometres south of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia.

The agreement establishes a formal, cooperative framework for reconciliation, mutual respect and ongoing engagement between the Marlinyu Ghoorlie People and Astral. In practical terms, it sets out agreed protocols for heritage surveys, site protection activities and clearance procedures designed to minimise the impact of operations on Aboriginal cultural heritage while facilitating future mining and exploration activities across the project area.

Importantly, the arrangement provides compensation benefits to the Marlinyu Ghoorlie People for the effect on native title from project rights and future operations, while establishing pathways for community members to participate directly in project activities.

With this latest pact signed, all tenements incorporated into the ongoing Definitive Feasibility Study for Mandilla are now fully covered by Land Use Agreements, following an earlier agreement signed over the Feysville tenements in October 2025.

“Astral is delighted to have further cemented its strong and collaborative relationship with the Marlinyu Ghoorlie People, with this Land Use Agreement providing a clear framework to protect Aboriginal Cultural Heritage and formalise Marlinyu Ghoorlie's participation in the development of the Mandilla Project.”

“Importantly, following the signing of an agreement over the Feysville Gold Project with the Marlinyu Ghoorlie in October last year, all tenements incorporated in the ongoing Mandilla DFS are now covered by Land Use Agreements.”

— Marc Ducler, Managing Director

The Mandilla project is advancing toward the completion of its Definitive Feasibility Study, which remains scheduled for delivery in the March Quarter of 2027 following a Preliminary Feasibility Study released in June 2025. The project is underpinned by an April 2026 Mineral Resource Estimate of 53.5 million tonnes grading 1.0 grams per tonne gold, representing 1.74 million ounces of contained gold.
