ATHA Energy Corp. intersected uranium mineralization in seven additional diamond drillholes at the RIB North Discovery within its 100%-owned Angilak Uranium Project in Nunavut, Canada, extending strike continuity to 1.45 kilometres.

Results from the 2026 exploration program are highlighted by drillhole RIBN-DD-011, drilled 250 metres northeast of maiden discovery hole RIBN-DD-001. RIBN-DD-011 intersected 20.0 metres of total composite uranium mineralization across fifteen zones from 494.0 metres to 700.5 metres. The interval included 1.3 metres of high-grade mineralization, with a 1.5-metre sub-interval from 661.5 metres returning an average reading of 8,453 counts per second and a maximum of 26,680 counts per second.

Additional drilling along the eastern limb of the Mineralized RIB Corridor returned similar structures. Drillhole RIBN-DD-013A, sited 370 metres northeast of the maiden hole, intersected 13.0 metres of total composite uranium mineralization over five zones from 544.0 metres to 673.0 metres. Drillhole RIBN-DD-014, targeted 430 metres to the southwest, intersected 7.0 metres of total composite uranium mineralization across six zones from 237.0 metres to 573.0 metres, including a 1.5-metre interval averaging 4,275 counts per second with a maximum of 20,138 counts per second.

At the secondary mineralized horizon on the western limb, drillhole RIBN-DD-010 followed up 220 metres southwest of RIBN-DD-008. It intersected 3.0 metres of total composite uranium mineralization over four zones from 412.5 metres to 576.5 metres, tracing that horizon over a strike length of approximately 220 metres. All reported drill intercepts represent core widths, and true thicknesses remain to be determined.

The Angilak project is supported by the Lac 50 Uranium Deposit, which carries a 2013 historic mineral resource estimate of 43.3 million pounds at an average grade of 0.69% U3O8. Diamond drilling operations utilizing three rigs across the property are scheduled to continue through September 2026. The exploration campaign is fully funded following the closing of a CAD $63 million financing in February 2026.
