Atlantico Energy Metals Corp. has confirmed gallium and rare earth elements in all 114 follow-up surface samples from its flagship Novo Cruzeiro Project in Minas Gerais, Brazil, with the highest calculated gallium oxide result reaching 96.8 g/t.

The sampling program focused on a regular 50 by 25-metre grid within tenement 831.453/2023 in the western part of the property, investigating granitic saprolite with pegmatitic veins in an area containing historical underground workings. Calculated gallium oxide values averaged 72.2 g/t with a median of 74.6 g/t across the dataset, while the ten highest results ranged from 88.7 to 96.8 g/t.

Total rare earth oxides reached up to 2,806.7 ppm, with a mean of 382.8 ppm and a median of 315.5 ppm. Eighteen samples returned over 500 ppm total rare earth oxides, including three exceeding 1,000 ppm. Magnet rare earth oxides accounted for at least 15% of total rare earth oxides in 96 of the 114 samples, led by neodymium and praseodymium, which made up the majority of magnet rare earth content in every sample.

“Gallium in every one of these 114 samples is a very encouraging finding and reinforces the breadth of Novo Cruzeiro's potential as a multi-element critical minerals project,” said Bonn Smith, President and CEO of Atlantico. “Equally encouraging is that rare earths used in powerful magnets make up a substantial share of the rare earth content in the vast majority of the samples.”

The flagship Novo Cruzeiro Project covers a contiguous land package of more than 24,000 hectares in the Araçuaí-Itinga pegmatite district, where Atlantico plans to advance from detailed fieldwork and sampling to a maiden drilling programme on priority targets.

Elsewhere in Brazil's Lithium Valley, Spark Energy Minerals reported a project-record gallium assay of 114.3 g/t Ga₂O₃ over 2 metres from surface in maiden drilling at the Boa Vista target in August 2026.
