Atlantico Identifies Multiple Rare Earth Anomalies Spanning 19.4 Kilometres at Novo Cruzeiro
Atlantico Energy Metals Corp. has identified multiple rare earth element response areas across its Novo Cruzeiro project in Brazil, with 13 higher-grade sample locations spanning a maximum straight-line separation of approximately 19.4 kilometres.
The findings stem from an ioGAS interpretation completed in January 2026 using a 231-sample exploration dataset from a technical report dated February 9, 2026. Atlantico's flagship project covers a contiguous land package of more than 240 square kilometres in the Araçuaí-Itinga pegmatite district of Minas Gerais.

The reconnaissance program collected 170 stream-sediment samples at an average density of one sample per 1.45 square kilometres. Thirty-seven samples returned more than 500 ppm total rare earth oxides, and 13 returned more than 1,000 ppm, topped by a peak value of 1,427.05 ppm.
Each of the 13 higher-grade samples contains all four oxides included in Atlantico's magnet rare earth oxide calculation: neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium and terbium. Magnet rare earth values range from 205.76 to 284.40 ppm, representing between 18.8% and 21.5% of total rare earth oxides.

The preliminary technical work also outlined early-stage lithium, caesium and rubidium patterns that provide a secondary line of investigation. These patterns require field verification and do not confirm lithium mineralization or continuity.
Elsewhere in the surrounding district, recent exploration at Spark Energy Minerals Inc.'s Arapaima Project intersected 91.4 g/t Ga2O3 over 2 metres within a broader 32-metre surface interval grading 73.9 g/t Ga2O3, alongside rare earth intercepts including 32 metres at 1,947 ppm TREO.
Atlantico's ongoing program is testing whether the broad surface responses repeat and can be better defined through detailed fieldwork and sampling. The company intends to advance selected areas to mechanical auger testing, trenching and geophysics before evaluating potential drill targets in a maiden drilling program.
