Audalia Resources Secures $450,000 Placement for Medcalf Project
Audalia Resources Limited intends to raise $450,000 through a share placement to advance its vanadium-titanium-iron assets in Western Australia.
The placement involves issuing 15,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.03 per share to a sophisticated investor. Audalia is utilizing its available capacity under Listing Rule 7.1A to execute the issue, with an Appendix 3B lodged separately.
The transaction is expected to complete on or around 24 August 2026. Proceeds from the capital raising will be allocated to progress the Medcalf project toward production and to supplement general working capital.
Audalia holds the Medcalf Project via mining lease M63/656 and exploration licence E63/1855, covering an area of 38 square kilometres in the Lake Johnston greenstone belt of Western Australia.
The company completed a pre-feasibility study update for the Medcalf Project in January 2026, delivering an ore reserve of 11.77 million tonnes at 11.0% titanium dioxide, 0.6% vanadium pentoxide, and 53.8% iron sesquioxide.
Audalia continues to assess all funding alternatives to ensure the company can secure the remaining regulatory approvals and permits required to support the development of the Medcalf Project.
