Auric Mining Limited has secured a significant package of processing infrastructure for its Burbanks facility in Western Australia for $1.2 million, locking in capital estimates and keeping the project on track for a Q1 2028 plant re-establishment.

The acquired second-hand equipment supports the initial 600,000-tonne-per-annum carbon-in-leach plant design and provides a platform for future expansion to 1.2 million tonnes per annum. The purchase includes a complete three-stage crushing circuit, fine ore bin and conveyors, material handling equipment and shedding, milling structures, associated spare parts and consumables, alongside two spare cone crushers and one spare jaw crusher.

The infrastructure was identified during the preparation of the July 2026 Burbanks-Munda Integrated Scoping Study, which outlined a proposal to process gold feed from the flagship Munda deposit through the re-established Burbanks facility. Auric previously completed mining of the Munda Starter Pit and processed ore via toll milling at third-party facilities, generating significant operational cash flows before advancing plans for a standalone operation.

Located at a closed mine site in New South Wales, the infrastructure is expected to cost substantially less than the estimated $15 million to $20 million replacement cost for equivalent new equipment. Those capital savings were largely accounted for in the recent scoping study.

Auric has engaged Interquip to commence the removal and relocation of the acquired processing infrastructure in the fourth quarter of 2026. All components are scheduled to arrive on site at Burbanks ready to begin installation in the first quarter of 2027, maintaining the project's development schedule.
