Avanti Gold Corp. has intersected multiple high-grade gold zones within and below the pit shell constraining the current Mineral Resource Estimate at the Misisi Project’s Akyanga Deposit in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Diamond drill hole MSDD0147 returned 3.85 metres grading 12.30 g/t gold from 274.70 metres, including a 2.85-metre interval at 16.58 g/t gold. The same hole also intersected 3.55 metres at 7.73 g/t gold from 170.15 metres—including 2.10 metres at 12.50 g/t gold—along with 2.84 metres at 6.12 g/t gold from 288.23 metres and 1.10 metres at 17.58 g/t gold from 320.70 metres.

A second hole, MSDD0150, intersected 3.00 metres at 5.38 g/t gold from 184.00 metres, including 0.90 metres at 12.22 g/t gold, and 5.40 metres at 1.81 g/t gold from 189.85 metres.

Avanti operates the Misisi Project as its flagship asset. The Akyanga deposit currently hosts an Inferred Mineral Resource of 40.8 million tonnes averaging 2.37 g/t gold for 3.11 million ounces, constrained within a US$1,500 per ounce pit shell.

“These latest results continue to build our understanding of the Akyanga mineralized system and include several encouraging higher-grade intervals across multiple zones. Hole MSDD0147 is particularly notable, with multiple mineralized intervals encountered over a substantial vertical extent, including 3.85 metres grading 12.30 g/t Au and 3.55 metres grading 7.73 g/t Au. Our Phase I program is designed to systematically test mineralization both within and below the pit shell used to constrain the current Mineral Resource Estimate. As drilling progresses, these results will be incorporated into our geological interpretation to refine follow-up targets and evaluate the potential for additional mineralization at Akyanga.”

The ongoing exploration program is designed to support future resource growth ahead of a Preliminary Economic Assessment anticipated in 2027.
