Aya Gold & Silver generated $97 million in revenue during the second quarter of 2026, up 151% year-over-year, driven by a 90% increase in average net realized silver equivalent prices to $64.22 per ounce alongside higher sales volumes.

Net income reached $35 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, marking a 305% increase from $8.6 million in the same period of 2025. Operating cash flow rose 522% year-over-year to $48 million, supported by stronger production and lower unit costs.

Consolidated silver equivalent production climbed 61% from a year earlier to 1.7 million ounces. The total comprised 1.5 million ounces of silver from the Zgounder Mine and 187,784 ounces of silver equivalent from the Boumadine pyrite reclaim operation. Zgounder silver production increased from 1,042,317 ounces in Q2-2025 to 1,489,526 ounces in Q2-2026.

Operational gains at Zgounder underpinned the performance, with the processing rate averaging a record 3,889 tonnes per day and combined mill recoveries reaching 91.2%. Consolidated cash costs fell 9% quarter-over-quarter to $16.82 per silver equivalent ounce sold.

“Q2 was a record operating quarter for Aya. Zgounder delivered record mining and processing rates, demonstrating the plant’s ability to operate at sustained rates well above the nameplate capacity and in line with the updated Zgounder Technical Report. This strong operational performance is translating into lower cash costs, increased operating leverage and strong cash flow generation, while keeping us firmly on track to deliver our 2026 guidance.”

The company ended the quarter with $183 million in cash and cash equivalents, up from $136 million as of December 31, 2025, excluding $16 million of restricted cash. During the quarter, Aya fully repaid its European Bank for Reconstruction and Development facility ahead of maturity.

Exploration activities during the period included 50,567 metres of diamond drilling at the Boumadine Project and 4,440 metres at Zgounder. Aya plans to release an updated Mineral Resource Estimate and Preliminary Economic Assessment for Boumadine in the second half of 2026.
