BCM Resources Corporation has accelerated the expiry date for 35,900,000 common share purchase warrants originally issued as part of its February 10, 2026, private placement financing.

The acceleration was triggered after the company’s common shares maintained a closing price of CAD $0.45 or higher for 20 consecutive trading days on the TSX Venture Exchange, satisfying the threshold required to invoke the warrant acceleration clause. All unexercised warrants now carry an accelerated expiry date of October 23, 2026. Any warrants left unexercised after 5:00 p.m. Vancouver time on that date will expire and become void, losing all further force or effect.

Full exercise of the 35,900,000 warrants at the CAD $0.30 exercise price will deliver gross proceeds of approximately CAD $10,770,000 to the company. BCM Resources plans to deploy these incoming funds to pursue aggressive exploration at its Thompson Knolls porphyry-skarn discovery in Utah.

The warrants subject to this acceleration were originally issued alongside common shares in a financing that raised gross proceeds of $7,180,000 specifically to support ongoing drilling operations at the copper, gold, and molybdenum project.

Exploration activity at Thompson Knolls continues to advance across the property alongside the financing measures. The company recently completed diamond drill hole TK20 to a depth of 4,317 feet. Field teams have finished core logging, sawing, and sample collection for the hole, and BCM Resources has dispatched the final batch of core samples to the ALS preparation laboratory in Elko, Nevada, for analysis as drilling operations move forward on subsequent targets.
