BCM Resources Intersects Over 550 Metres of Mineralization at Thompson Knolls
BCM Resources Corporation has encountered more than 550 metres of strongly mineralized porphyry and intercalated skarn in drill hole TK20 at its 100% controlled Thompson Knolls project in Utah. The hole, which remains in progress, has intercepted mineralized rock from the top of the bedrock at 588.4 metres down to its current depth of 1,238.4 metres.
The company reports that the mineralized core is comprised of approximately 70% intrusive rocks, specifically quartz monzonite porphyry and latite porphyry. These sections display strong potassic alteration and intense, complex stockwork-quartz veining. The remaining 30% of the core consists of magnetic skarn intercalated with the porphyry phases. The presence of these alteration features and stockwork veins—which contain molybdenite and chalcopyrite—suggests that TK20 has reached the high-temperature core of a substantial mineralizing system. In the skarn intervals, the company observed magnetite associated with abundant sulfides, including chalcopyrite and pyrite, with local occurrences of molybdenite.
The market response has been notable, with BCM Resources stock currently trading at $0.315, representing a 65.79% increase on August 6, 2026. The stock rose during the session following the public disclosure of the 550-metre intersection.

Technical activities are continuing on-site as the hole advances, with the team currently conducting logging, sawing, and sampling of the core. These samples are scheduled for submission to the laboratory for analysis once the hole is finished.
Looking ahead, BCM Resources has planned a further extension of its 2026 drill program by commencing hole TK21. This hole will be collared 250 metres west-southwest of TK20. The company intends for this to effectively twin a previous drill hole from 2022, which was terminated early due to ground conditions but showed similar magnetic skarn mineralization at its base. By drilling TK21, BCM Resources aims to test the projected extension of the porphyry-skarn system identified in the current program.
