Beaumont Completes Private Placement to Raise $72,000 for ExplorationSource: iStock
Beaumont Exploration Corp. has completed its non-brokered private placement, raising aggregate gross proceeds of $72,000 to fund working capital and advance upcoming exploration activities across its asset base.
The financing package delivered 430,000 units priced at $0.12 per unit alongside 170,000 flow-through shares at the same price. Each unit combines one common share and one purchase warrant, giving holders the right to acquire an additional common share at an exercise price of $0.15 for twenty-four months from the closing date. All securities issued under the placement carry a statutory hold period of four months and one day.
Beaumont holds the Kain Property project located 17 km east of Port Hardy on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. The company completed a follow-up exploration work program on the property in May 2026, performed by Rio Minerals Ltd. following initial exploration activities that commenced earlier in the year. Net proceeds generated from the unit component of the financing will be directed toward ongoing working capital and general exploration efforts supporting the project.
Under the statutory terms governing the flow-through share issue, Beaumont must incur eligible Canadian exploration expenses matching the gross proceeds of those shares prior to December 31, 2027. The company is also required to renounce the qualifying expenditures to participating purchasers on or before December 31, 2026.
Beaumont will provide additional information on the results of the work program on the Kain Property once the review process is complete.
