Belmont Resources Inc. has appointed Ken Wheatley as Senior Geological Advisor for its 100%-owned Crackingstone Uranium-REE Project in Saskatchewan's historic Beaverlodge district.

Wheatley brings over four decades of Athabasca Basin uranium exploration experience, previously serving as VP of Exploration with Forum Energy Metals and District Geologist for AREVA Resources Canada. His career includes discovering and delineating major deposits such as Midwest A, Maybelle River, the Sue deposits, and Cluff Lake's Dominique Janine deposits.

At Crackingstone, Wheatley is helping integrate structural and geophysical data—alongside uranium and rare earth element potential identified through modern re-assaying of historic core—into the next exploration phase. Axiom Exploration Group previously relogged and resampled 20 historic drill holes totaling 3,029.4 metres from a 2008 campaign.
