Benton Resources Inc. has completed multiple trenches on the Dominion project, successfully exposing the Rickirb gold zone over an intermittent strike length of 210 metres, with the zone remaining open to the northeast and southwest.

The zone consists of an intensely silica and carbonate altered quartz-feldspar porphyry hosted within a shear zone. Mineralization features quartz stockwork overprinted by shear-related veining, with individual veins reaching one metre in width. The zone ranges from five to 12 metres in width and contains two to 10 percent pyrite with local higher concentrations. Benton Resources has cut and dispatched more than 150 channel samples for gold and inductively coupled plasma analysis, with further sampling underway. Results will be released once received and compiled.

The company acquired the Dominion Lake Project in 2024. Previous exploration work at the site included the discovery of the Trinity Base Metal Zone in June 2025, which returned surface assays up to 14.60% zinc and 2.53% copper. Field crews continue to trench, prospect, map and soil sample across the project scale to generate new targets.

In addition to work at Dominion, Benton Resources identified a potential new gold horizon named the Reid Zone at its Stoney Caldera Copper-Gold Project. Ten grab samples collected from an area of sub-crop and angular boulders traced for over 600 metres returned anomalous results ranging from 82 parts per billion to 2,014 parts per billion, with 50 percent grading greater than 500 parts per billion. The Stoney Caldera Project is located along the Great Copper-Gold Corridor, directly along strike to the northeast of the Great Burnt Project and southwest of Sokoman Minerals Corp.'s Moosehead Project. Benton Resources plans immediate follow-up work utilising geophysics, soil geochemistry, prospecting and trenching at Stoney Caldera.

Meanwhile, the planned spinout of the high-grade Great Burnt Copper-Gold project is progressing with financial carveouts, a technical report update and listing documents in full swing. Benton Resources stated that a comprehensive update regarding the spinout will be forthcoming in the next couple of weeks. Elsewhere in the district, high-grade gold drill results were reported by New Found Gold at its Queensway project, including 23.7 g/t gold over 15.88 m from channel sampling at the Lotto Zone.
