Beyond Minerals Inc. is advancing its property portfolio with a proposed non-brokered private placement of an unsecured convertible debenture to raise up to $50,000 in gross proceeds. The financing will fund general working capital as the company progresses ongoing exploration at the Owl Creek Project in British Columbia and the Ear Falls Project in Ontario.

The debenture carries an annual interest rate of 10% and matures one year from its issuance date. Holders may convert the principal amount and accrued interest into common shares at $0.05 per share, subject to Canadian Securities Exchange policies and standard adjustment provisions. All securities issued under the offering will be subject to a four-month and one-day hold period.

The capital injection supports technical work across Beyond Minerals' assets. At the 3,522-hectare Owl Creek project, recent mapping and sampling programs collected over 70 rock samples, including more than 50 from Zone C and 14 from Zones A and D. First-pass evaluation at Zone A confirmed porphyry-style alteration and localized chalcopyrite-bornite mineralization. Following these surface results, the company submitted a Notice of Work for a diamond drilling permit and now awaits regulatory approval to begin subsurface testing.

“The recognition of potassic alteration with chalcopyrite-bornite mineralization at Zone A, together with the expanding footprint of altered diorite and volcanic rocks identified across the different Zones, represent a key technical success for the Project. Step by step, each phase of mapping and sampling is giving us a clearer picture of the vectoring within this porphyry system helping us refine where the follow-up exploration program will be focused next.”

Concurrently, results from a 552-sample biogeochemical survey at the 3,250-hectare Ear Falls project successfully outlined and extended the footprint of the Wenasaga North Zone spodumene-bearing pegmatites, while delineating three new target areas prospective for buried lithium mineralization. Beyond Minerals acquired a 100% undivided interest in the Ontario project in April 2026 following final option payments, maintaining active exploration across its portfolio alongside its latest financing.
